For small and big sweet-tooths we make grape marmalade from Müller Thurgau, Veltliner, Riesling and Blaufrankisch. We boil it in traditional way for 24 hours in copper pot without sugar, pectine and preservatives. It is a delicacy. You can have it with bread and butter, pancakes or you can combine it with various salt meals. Our favorite recipe is scab dumplings filled with grapemalade and chilli. We call it Triumphal Arch of taste.
