Natural mead made from acacia, lime and floral mix honey. During the fermentation in mead was macerated four herbs – wild thyme, salvia, linden blossom and yzop.
Practical information: mead is made form raw honey (no processed nor heat-treated), spontaneous fermentation, aging 2 years in oak and acacia barrels, no fining, no filtration, bottled in November 2020.
