Hyssop Ale
Wildly fermented traditional lambic style beer with hyssop. Beer was made in cooperation with craft brewery Žiwell.
Useful information: wild fermentation, aging 30 months in oak barrel, no fining, no filtration, bottled in March 2024.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, hyssop, honey
